01

Get better answers

Write clear instructions for tasks such as emails, meeting notes and project plans. Learn how to improve a weak answer.

02

Research and check facts

Compare sources, summarize documents and turn spreadsheet data into charts. Check the facts before making a decision.

03

Make content you can use

Turn a brief into coordinated writing, visuals and presentations that serve the same audience.

04

Reduce repetitive work

Use a ready-made template to organize incoming enquiries and draft responses for a person to review.

COME READY TO PRACTISE

A focused commitment.
A useful next step.

Set aside two live hours and 30–45 minutes of practice each day. Bring a laptop, reliable internet and one real task you’d like to make easier.

Starting with the basics?

Start with the guided exercise each day. We explain the tools, show an example and help you build your own version.

Already comfortable with AI?

Try an optional stretch exercise: handle trickier data, create for a second audience or improve how your automation handles mistakes.

Set up before you build.

Accounts, sample datasets and tested templates are prepared before Day 4, so the live session can focus on understanding and building.

THE FOUR-DAY LEARNING PLAN

What you’ll learn.
What you’ll make.

See a workflow in action. Build your own version. Challenge the result. Leave with work you can use again.

Each day includes a live demonstration, guided practice and one take-home project. Open the lesson plan for timings or try the optional stretch exercise.

DAY01120 MIN LIVE

Clear instructions & everyday AI tasks

Give AI the context to get it right.

Learn what AI can and cannot do. Give it a clear task, the right background and examples, then check and improve the answer.

THE LIVE DEMONSTRATION

An assistant for your meeting notes

Turn a messy fictional meeting transcript into a summary, action tracker, follow-up email and unresolved questions. See how additional context improves every output.

Your hands-on exercise

Write an AI Brief—a short set of instructions covering your goal, background, inputs, rules and checks—and reuse it for three common tasks.

Optional stretch exercise

Define mandatory output fields, identify three failure cases, and refine your prompt to handle them.

Research, documents & spreadsheets

Find the insight. Check the evidence.

Research with sources, compare documents, and use AI to analyze data. Learn to check calculations and separate supported findings from plausible-sounding answers.

THE LIVE DEMONSTRATION

Find useful answers in a sales spreadsheet

Use a sample sales spreadsheet to find which products perform best, create charts and recommend a next step. Check for mistakes such as repeated orders and mixed currencies.

Your hands-on exercise

Find three insights, check the numbers, create two charts and suggest one action.

Optional stretch exercise

Clean the dataset, reconcile totals and write a decision memo that separates evidence from assumptions.

Writing, images & presentations

One strong idea. A complete content kit.

Bring writing, visuals and presentations together. Guide AI with your audience and voice, then review every asset for accuracy, consistency and accessibility.

THE LIVE DEMONSTRATION

From One Idea to a Complete Launch Kit

Follow a fictional app launch from a short brief to an audience profile, value proposition, landing page copy, three visual concepts, five slides and a promotional video script.

Your hands-on exercise

Create a three-asset launch or professional communication kit.

Optional stretch exercise

DAY04120 MIN LIVE

Automation & your first working system

Build a workflow that does useful work.

Connect a form, an AI tool and a spreadsheet using a supplied template. Test how information moves between them and review the AI’s draft before it is sent.

THE LIVE DEMONSTRATION

A workflow for incoming enquiries

Classify an incoming inquiry by category and urgency, store a structured record, and prepare a response for a person to approve, reject or edit before sending.

Your hands-on exercise

Configure and test a prebuilt workflow template with sample inputs.

Optional stretch exercise

Add conditional routing, duplicate detection, error logging and a second approval scenario.

A CLOSER LOOK AT DAY 4

A real workflow.
With you in control.

On Day 4, you’ll adapt a supplied template to organize incoming enquiries and prepare draft replies. You’ll practise with sample data and check each step before using it.

  1. 01

    Inquiry arrives

A demo form captures a sample request.

  2. 02

    AI organizes it

Classify category, urgency and a concise summary.

  3. 03

    Records update

Store structured information in a test table.

  4. 04

    A human reviews

Approve, edit or reject the draft before sending.

You’ll also test missing information, repeated requests and failed steps, so you understand where the workflow needs help.

EARNED THROUGH YOUR WORK

The confidence is yours.
The proof is, too.

Submit four projects to demonstrate what you’ve learned in AI Fluent. The certificate is named LevelTribe AI Practitioner, supported by a record of your assessed projects.

70%Target passing score across all four projects
Mandatory safety checks must also pass

Your projects are checked for clear instructions, accurate findings, useful content and a working automation. You must also pass the safety checks; attendance alone does not earn the certificate.

YOUR LEVELTRIBE LEARNING PATH

Discover. Become fluent.
Then build something bigger.

AI Fluent focuses on useful AI-assisted work and simple workflows. AI Builder extends those foundations into tested applications and intelligent systems.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Do I need to know how to code?

No coding background is required for the outlined exercises. You’ll work with AI tools, supplied example data and a preconfigured automation template. Bring basic computer skills and a willingness to test and improve your work.

How much time should I set aside?

There are four live sessions of two hours each, plus 30–45 minutes of independent practice each day. That’s approximately 10–11 hours across the bootcamp.

Do I need to attend AI Discovery Workshop first?

The free workshop is a useful starting point if you’re exploring AI. AI Fluent begins with a skills benchmark and foundations, so you can also start here if you’re ready for hands-on practice.

What if I already use AI regularly?

Each day has an optional stretch exercise. You can tackle trickier data, create content for different audiences and make your automation handle mistakes more reliably.

What equipment and accounts do I need?

Bring a laptop or desktop, reliable internet and access to the tools confirmed for your cohort. Account setup, example datasets and tested templates are part of preparation before Day 4. Tool requirements and any subscription costs will be clarified before enrolment.

Is the certificate based on attendance?

No. The LevelTribe AI Practitioner certificate is based on your submitted projects and record of your assessed projects. The target passing score is 70% overall, with mandatory safety checks. Attending alone does not establish competency.

When is the next batch, and what does it cost?

AI Fluent costs ₹9,999 including taxes. Use the form below to request cohort dates and session timings. Sending an enquiry does not enrol you or charge you.

How is AI Builder different?

AI Fluent teaches everyday AI skills and a simple automation in four days. AI Builder is a 30-day program where you go further: build apps, connect tools and test a larger project. Start with Fluent if you want more confidence using AI for daily work.
